Ensure your contact info is current

Keep personal contact information current so we can keep you informed of important plan events.

1. Log on to your employer website.
2. Go to Plan Overview and then View/Edit Plan Information.
3. Enter your phone number and email address.
4. Click Save to finish updating your information.
